What We Inspect

- Equipment - We test the pump, filter, heater, and any automation equipment. We check for proper operation, evidence of leaks, corrosion, age, and signs of deferred maintenance. We note equipment that's at end of life or in need of repair.
- Plumbing - We visually inspect all accessible plumbing for leaks, corrosion, and deterioration. We can also conduct basic pressure tests where site conditions allow. Underground plumbing issues may require further investigation beyond a standard inspection.
- Safety Features - We assess covers, fencing, gates, ladders, handrails, and lighting for condition and basic safety compliance.
- Water - We test basic water chemistry to understand current conditions and identify any issues that would require immediate correction.
